Employment Plus memberships are open only to anyone who is registered student of any recognized higher educational institution in India. Higher education institution includes all the colleges and Universities across India. A new applicant who desires to acquire Employment Plus Membership have to go through the two-stage process. Each stage is important and both have to be dually completed to get our membership. Details of the two stages are as follows:

Stage 1 - Apply for Online Assessment: You can apply for the Free Online Assessment through links available on the home page. Our team of experts go through each application in detail and assesses your academic performances, skills, abilities and achievements, and confirm our membership allocation team whether you can be issued with a MOL (Membership Offer Letter) or not. This stage takes up to 8 weeks to be processed in most of the cases. If your application is considered under 'Fast Track Mode' then you may get an assessment decision in 3 weeks. (Fast Track Mode: If any student has achieved 90 percent or more aggregate in Senior Secondary Education level, then student may request for Fast Track Mode application by writing an email to us after submitting the Online Assessment Form.

If your application for Online Assessment comes out to be unsuccessful and you think that a additional information needs to be added or mistake of any sort has been made by the assessing team then you can write an email to our office for an Management Review. Management decision on application review will be final and no further requests for assessment will be entertained.

Our office will inform you if you have been successful in receiving Membership Offer Letter (MOL) by writing you a MOL Confirmation email. If you are successful in getting MOL then you can proceed to register & complete KYC (Know you Customer) for the membership as confirmed in Stage 2.

Stage 2 – KYC for Membership: You must register & complete KYC on www.employmentplus.in , New Member registration section under the Login tab within 1 month of receiving your MOL (failure to do so may result in your MOL no longer being valid).

• Employment Plus reserve the right to refuse membership offer to any applicant which does not fulfil our eligibility criteria.
• The decision of the membership assessment jury will be final and binding and no correspondence with them will be entered into.
• Issuing a membership offer letter (MOL) decision is at the sole discretion of the Employment Plus management and no correspondence will be entered in regards to official decision by management.
• The applicant can withdraw its application at any point during the membership process, but the registration fees once paid will not be refunded.
• The one-time membership registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
• All personal or sensitive information will be treated as confidential.
• Claims made by the applicant regarding any achievements or awards etc must be substantiated. Employment Plus reserve the right to request further evidence regarding them.
• The submitted inputs in the initial / main application forms must be made available for use by the Employment Plus on later stage for their visual & printed material if applicant secure the job/employment.
• Employment Plus may request for photos & evidence of your achievements and success achieved after joining membership to be used & supplied to media for publication to further promote the enrolment to different memberships.
• Our company will not be liable to you under any circumstances whatsoever for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the employmentplus.in services.
• By submitting an application to Employment Plus, the applicant is agreeing to the above-mentioned terms and conditions
